Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt.
Or
Your Windows XP cannot boot up.
To repair the file is missing:
1. Insert Windows XP CD-Boot and press any key to boot from CD...
2. You will see the Repair screen below. Do not yet press R. Please press Enter.
3. Press F8 to continue
4. Press R to repair. Wait for 30mn as this step similar to the setup Win XP.
NOTE: The support from Microsoft is also a value source. Normally we can search any issue in the www.google.com just the error message in Google.
